Prices quoted on this site include all applicable taxes.

Where discounts have been offered, these apply to standard rental rates only and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Summer Lets are from Saturday to Saturday (Arrive after 4pm, Vacate before 10.30am).
(Other arrangements will usually be possible on request)

Additional charges may apply for early morning / late evening arrivals and/or departures.

25% non-refundable deposit required within 10 days of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

£200 Security Deposit (Refundable) is required for all bookings. All damage and/or breakages must be paid for.
We accept no responsibility for accidents, incidents or personal losses whilst staying at any of the advertised properties.
Cars are parked in the underground car park at the owner's own risk.

Whilst staying at any property, guests are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the community. A copy of the rules are available in the properties.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control with regard to the swimming pool and other communal facilities.

No Pets.
