Renting out a property takes up a great deal of time, liaising with customers, sending out property details, arranging payments, co-coordinating arrivals and departures, carrying out cleans, so the best solution is to hire a property management company like "C&A Property Management Spain" that would take care of all the business, plus iron out all the finer points too.
We supply the rental clients for you, "C&A Property Management" will do the rest. Their job will involve: - Handling any client complaints/queries. Keeping monthly spreadsheet records of all your rentals. A full property check will be made before releasing the damage deposits back).
Our commission of 20% (10% on all new rental properties from January 2010) & (10% on long term rentals) will be deducted from the booking payment and statements issued to yourself. Issuing clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions.
We maintain telephone or email contact with clients from the first enquiry until they leave for Spain. We will provide details on how everything works, where to dispose the rubbish, etc. Our number will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us at any time.

In general, for each booking that is provided by Home Solutions Spain, we deduct 20%/10% commission. In addition to this commission, there is the cost of your cleaning & laundry, a clean & laundry of a three bedroom property is approximately 80 Euros depending upon actual size.
Points to Remember
There are no set up charges and no hidden charges of any sort. If we do not let your property, then we do not get paid our 20%/10% commission. And of course as the owner you are free to keep control, knowing that you can visit or rent your property with your own booking, free of any charges.
We are based in El Rompido,Costa de la Luz, so we can respond to any problems quickly.
We advertise your property on our web site, with many photos and a full description of the property and surrounding area, and on other selected sites.
We have a maintenance team to attend your property. And our cleaners are second to none.
We like the properties under our management to be installed with fully fitted kitchens, including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cookery utensils. The property should also include an iron & board, TV/DVD/CD music system, together with a full range of internal and external furniture. At least three complete sets of towels and bedding are also essential, of which one set can be stored somewhere within the property under lock and key.
