Local Area Information

The townhouse is situated on the Nuevo Portil AC Golf resort which is an 18 hole par 71, 5841m course, the course has a driving range and practice putting green. Green Fees, Clubs and Buggies can all be booked via Home Solutions.

The Five star El Rompido Golf Resort with two courses are a mere five minutes away and boasts stunning views over the Atlantic.

There are six courses in total, within a short distance of nuevo portil, and all are cheaper than the Algarve and Costa del Sol.

The beach is seven minutes from the house and is one of the finest in Europe. The Fleche, which forms a natural sand barrier, protects the beach from the strong winds and currents of the Atlantic ocean, forming a natural bathing and play area for children and adults alike.

Above the beach is a tree lined walkway which affords beautiful views over the Fleche and Atlantic. The neighbouring village of El Rompido and its many moored boats can be seen from here. In nearby Cartaya, the go carting and water park are open from June to September.

Nuevo Portil is under an hour from the vibrant city of Sevilla and the buses leave regularly from Huelva. Alternatively, the drive is not difficult and easily reached in approx 90 minutes. A visit to sevilla should not be missed.

There are many fabulous restuarants in the area, with seafood being a speciality. Nuevo Portil has several restaurants within minutes of the townhouse and the AC clubhouse also has an excellent restaurant with food of a very high standard. El Rompido has the most fantastic beach restaurants, all very reasonably priced and a vibrant square where a very leisurely lunch can be had. There is also a Sports bar, for the football fans, along with more traditional spanish bars.

In Cartaya, which is a ten minute walk away, there is a large Carrefours supermarket, where you will find all and more of your shopping needs meet. There are also a number of smaller shops locally.


Full Property Description

Situated beside the 14th hole of the AC Golf Resort, in Nuevo Portil, this three bedroom townhouse is a mere 7 minutes walk to the beach.

The master bedroom has an en-suite with bidet, bath/shower and basin. Very roomy with double bed and fitted wardrobes and balconies.

Bedroom two shares the same views over the pool area as the master bedroom and has twin beds, bedside table and reading lights. This room is east facing and has a balcony with furniture

The third bedroom has another double bed with mosquito net above and large fitted wardrobes, bedside table with a reading light.

The living/dining area is spacious and is equipped with a TV including BBC, ITV , DVD player, Stereo. The living room has patio doors leading to the small patio garden area, where a lovely relaxing dinner can be eaten or a glass of the local wine can be drunk.

The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a granite work surface, the equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and every utensil you will need. An iron and board are also provided.

A large communal pool and smaller children's pool, in beautifully landscaped gardens are part of the development and these are open and staffed by life guards from may to september
