The villa is situated within Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf, where there is a golf club with excellent restaurant. The Cartaya Playa Hotel is open during the summer months and offers spa activities. El Rompido Marina and gold course are only 5 minutes' drive away. Nearby is a Carting track, open all year round and a water park, open in the summer months.

The stunning El Portil and Nuevo Portil beaches are within walking distance and feature several sea front restaurants. El Portil village has shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. whilst el Rompido is a pretty fishing village providing a number of good bars and restaurants. There are several golf courses within easy driving distance.

The swimming pool and mature, colourful garden, together with the huge courtyard, with gazebo, make the ideal location for summer outdoor living. BBQ and loungers and pool towels are provided.
