Ayamonte, a fishing port, is the nearest town to Esuri, around 5 minutes from the Costa Esuri urbanization by car.

Ayamonte has preserved the medieval quarter in the centre of the town containing many small narrow streets and squares lined with cafes, restaurants and unique shops. There are no cars in the centre of Ayamonte allowing visitors to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the town.

Prior to the completion of the bridge over the Guadiana river, Ayamonte was the access from Spain to Portugal across the ferry to Vila Real de Santo António. The ferry continues to operate today.

A new shopping centre has recently opened in the town which is approximately 5 miles away but there is a mini market just round the corner from the property

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms - one double bedded room with an en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms sharing the master bathroom.

Living accommodation comprises a lounge diner, large fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), cloakroom and utility (with washing machine). Entertainment facilities provided include a DVD/CD player, television.

The lounge opens onto a large tiled patio which leads to the communal pools - one paddling pool and one swimming pool. Both pools are close to the townhouse and can be easily monitored from the patio.

The balcony to the master bedroom, overlooking the pools, and has small patio table and seating. Additional outdoor furniture is provided for use on the ground floor patio including loungers, patio table, chairs and BBQ.
